OnTime V8.0 RC Released!

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA - November 20, 2007 – Axosoft, LLC, a leading provider of bug tracking and software project management applications for software development teams, announce OnTime 2008 RC is now publicly available. This release includes several new features, enhancements, and bug fixes

New Features:

1891 Ability to forward send email messages from within OnTime
2365 Improve performance for add/edit windows and pages
2600   Improve performance of Manage Users list by not returning the SettingsXml for all the users
2736   Add indexes on the main search columns for customers and contacts
2996   Ability to search in custom fields on the customers search control
3015   Add option to not send detail notifications when items are added from POP3
3120   Ability to move a wiki page to another project
3121   Ability to copy a wiki page
3129   Ability to view items from the related items details tab
3137   Ability to edit wiki pages in HTML mode

Defects Fixed:

2504   Pasting a image in the screenshot window does not allow to resize window
2345   Last Modified Date not available in the User Dashboard
2443   Moving incidents between projects incorrectly resets workflow step
2045   Copying incoming email with attachments is not keeping the link to attachment
1820   List of Assigned To users is incorrect in quick-add task
1857   Prompt user to log work sends two email notifications in ontime with incorrect change details info
2517   Custom multi select pick list fields cannot have a default value assigned in field templates
2657   Publicly viewable items that are assigned to a portal user cannot be edited
2659   Having an apostrophe in the first or last name of the user generates an error message in web client for large text fields
2496   Search In field is reset to (ALL) when searching for ItemID in the application
2739   Sending a new email does not populate the subject with the item id
2745   When upgrading to 2008 the Project Wiki tab is not visible
2818   Images disappear from the wiki pages when switching databases
