BEN HEDGER

Senior Sales Consultant


PROFILE

Having graduated from University Brunel West London in 2000 with a combined BSC in Sports Science and Environmental Science & Geography, Ben has since acquired extensive experience in the hi-tech business-to-business IT arena in companies including World Markets Research Centre, ASAP Group and Integrated Data Services.

EXPERIENCE

Ben began his career in 2000 in London working for World Markets Research Centre (WMRC), the global leader in economic and financial analysis, forecasting and market intelligence, as an advertising executive.

From WMRC, Ben took up a position as Key Account Manager with the ASAP International, one of the world’s leading business and technology authors and visionaries.  Ben worked within the ASAP CRM Consultancy Division covering software implementation and training in particular in the field of the CRM package - Goldmine.

In 2003, Ben took up a key sales position with IDS Group, a multi-faceted organisation, focusing on the design, delivery and support of both small and large software solutions.  Ben spent two years developing a successful business development strategy resulting in increased business for the Group.

Ben has a deep understanding of the following software solutions:

  • Sales Logics - CRM
  • Goldmine - CRM
  • HEAT – Support/Service Desk Software
  • Crystal Reports, HiT, LEAD, Axosoft, Pervasive and Clarion.

Ben returned to his Westcountry roots in 2006 when he proceeded to take a year out to travel around the world visiting such countries as Canada, America, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia and Singapore!

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

Ben’s hobbies include rugby, fishing, socialising, travelling and playing solitaire.  Ben also holds the world record for being part of the largest group ever to abseil in one place at the same time!
